You need to return the product back to us for checking purposes.
Item may only be changed with the same item or refund with the price of the item as per invoice.
Please provide the receipt of the shipping cost and it will be refunded along with the new product changed. If after thorough investigation and we found out it was buyer’s fault, then buyer shall bear the shipping cost.
If there is any damage on the product, please return to us within 5 working days after the item is received (Please keep the receipt for reference).
