Shipping Policy

1. Delivery will be made by PosLaju. Tracking number will be provided and status will be updated in your account.

2. When will I receive my orders?

After you make your order, we will confirm your order after the payment is completed and an email of confirmation will be sent to you.
You will receive your parcel within the period as stated below:
1. Peninsular Malaysia: 1-6 working days
2. Sabah & Sarawak: 3-10 working days

3. Will Herlysa Vegan make shipment on weekends and public holidays?

Shipments will be processed on working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
